Remuneration & Benefits

  1. Monthly salary of PESOS 8,000 including all benefits.
  2. One month bonus will be paid in December.
  3. Every Wednesday and Sunday will be a holiday. However, in case you are asked to work during the day-off or holiday your working schedule will be adjusted.
  4. Working hour is basically 9:00 am to 19:00 pm. Overtime allowance will be paid if you are asked to work after 10hours. Overtime allowance will be 50 Pesos per hour.
  5. Holidays will be during Christmas and New Year. Any other holiday must be informed and allowed by employer in advance. I may ask substitute workday on Sunday.

Period of Probation:
You will be under two (2) months probation. Evaluation will be given and employment status will be finalized after such.

Confidentiality:
As the car driver, you are not allowed to share any information concerning the employer family’s affairs and/or company’s information to any one without permission of owner. Violation of such act shall automatically cancel your employment.

Others:

  1. The employee will always have to be punctual for employer's Family.
  2. The employee needs to follow all the traffic regulations and consider safety is the most important.
  3. You are not allowed to steal anything.
  4. Employer will not accept to pay salary in advance.
  5. The employee should not take alcohol before and during the work hours.
  6. 2-month probation salary is PESOS 8000 including all the benefits.
  7. Mobile phone will be given to the employee. The employee needs to make sure always reachable and shall not use it for personal purpose.
  8. Violation of any of above shall automatically cancel your employment.
